Cancellation of sessions:
There may be occasions when Technical Teach Academy is required to cancel a session. Although every effort will be made to source an alternative to canceling, should the Academy need to do so then you will be given as much notice as possible and offered an alternative session to attend if payment was paid in advance.
Cancellation:
Appreciation is given to the fact that you may need to cancel sessions or be unable to attend sessions from time to time. However, if late cancellation is received then full payment is still required. If booked in and notice of cancellation is received more than 24 hours before the start of the booked session then the Academy will look to find a replacement to fill the slot. If this is unsuccessful then you will be required to pay the full session fee. Therefore please ensure you are booking sessions at a time that is convenient for you to ensure maximum attendance. No future sessions will be booked until payment has been received (if required as described above) for the canceled session.
As you are all aware the current circumstances with Covid-19 have been extremely difficult for everybody. It has been great to be able to get back to some group training sessions along with being able to move back to training at Powerleague. Although we are not there yet it is hoped that we will be able to continue to move to more ‘normal’ circumstances soon. Therefore, Technical Teach has been thinking ahead to September when it is hoped all children will be returning to school, and it is anticipated it could also mean the ability to move back to bigger group sessions again.
With this, the plan therefore in September is that we move back to the monthly payment system for group sessions. With the increase in overheads, the pay monthly fee will be £32.50. This payment must be paid on the 1st of every month and it is recommended that you set up a standing order for this payment to avoid any difficulties. Nearer to the time please contact me to confirm account details for payments.
As above, if payments are not received on the 1st of the month then contact will be made to discuss this however if payment is still not made prior to your child’s next session then they will be unable to attend unless discussions and agreement have been made in advance.
